Rigorous order development and design
To ensure the quality of products, the company has strict plans and quality reviews from order input to design output, from order acceptance evaluation to product review to design review to design verification. Each step outputs corresponding documents, ensuring the high quality of customer mold products and minimizing the mold design cycle.
Incoming material quality and supplier management control
In order to ensure the quality of incoming materials, three major measures are taken: inspection of purchased products, supplier review, and regular supplier evaluation. For new suppliers, qualification review will be conducted before formal cooperation, and the quality status of incoming materials will be monitored and counted every month after formal supply. Provide targeted support and guidance to suppliers with slightly lower quality.
Fully staffed manufacturing process quality management
In order to ensure the quality and safety of products, each employee strictly adheres to the "Three Nos" principle (not accepting unqualified products, not producing unqualified products, and not releasing unqualified products). Ensure that every stage from process programming, processing and production, assembly, mold trial production, and shipment arrangement is in a controlled state.
