Since receiving this project, our engineers have been studying how to give the best solution in the processing technology of this project. We have communicated with customers for three months about the details of each part of the 19 types of parts according to the Engineering drawing. From the production of samples to recognition and optimization, from the cooperation of various processes to control the cost of parts in the most reasonable range, we can tell the story of each part! They are slowly and perfectly completed like children.
Here is an application explanation of how they implement the process:
1.A perfect stainless steel component produced by cold forging process and CNC lathe machining - advertising nails. In order to save material costs and the costs caused by too long processing time, we use the forging process to produce this component under the condition of consistent quality
2.Spinning, welding, and CNC machining of an aluminum part, a part of an aluminum alloy ring with an outer diameter of 500MM. We first use CNC machining on the aluminum strip and then use spinning to form it. After welding, CNC machining and polishing are used to reduce the cost of the part 30%
3.Stamping and CNC machining are combined to process an aluminum alloy panel part. This panel part has an outer diameter of 280mm and a thickness of 2MM. As the thickness is only 2MM, it is easy to deform. There are several columns at the back of the panel that are fixed to another circle. This column must withstand wind resistance, so the torque must be firmly welded. We use CNC to process the holes in the panel, and then use riveting and welding processes to fix the columns, After polishing, the surface of the part is cleaned and sprayed with chameleon paint, resulting in different color effects from different directions. Gold, yellow, and purple are used to express the brilliant effect that the customer claims to have
4.Squeezing and CNC machining are combined to process all the supporting and fixed columns in this project. For this 8-meter fixed column, many buckles and holes need to be processed to connect and fix each other. We have adopted CNC equipment that can process a length of 15M to complete the processing in one go, reducing the cost of this part compared to the original method of processing it in several stages 10%
